Welcome to I am Enough, Time for me monthly subscription.  It’s time to put you first.  This zoom is monthly on Wednesdays at 4pm CST, you will also going a discord group to chat in together.

The most common misconception of self-care that is it self-indulgence or being selfish. No, no, no.  Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy and feel better so that you can attend to your daily life tasks.  You are enough.  Taking time out for ourselves for many is easy and some of us not so much.   Maybe it’s your job, caring for others, or completing all of the tasks you have for the day.    If you think you’ve been hearing about self-care  more than ever you have.  On my TikTok lives we discuss self-care and taking what I call an “Adult time out”.  Self-care has grown more each year.  I have noticed the more I take care of myself the more I know I am Enough.  Google search trends show a 250% increase in self-care related searches from 2019 to 2020. Both men and women of all age ranges believe that self-care is an important part of making healthier lifestyle choices and many of them believe that self-care practices have an impact on their overall well-being.

Self-care is something that a person does regularly that helps them live and sustain a healthy life, it helped me find my sense of worth.  I felt better.  I looked better and I love it. Self care are good habits initiated and carried out by an individual, not by a group of people. Practicing self-care has 8 of application: physical, psychological, emotional, social, professional, environmental, spiritual, and financial. These eight areas make up a holistic plan that each person uses in their own way to help themselves live a more balanced life.  In this once a month zoom and discord chat we will discuss these and focus most not he spiritual as to I found once I looked at that first and connected with self the others fell into place.

October:  10-9-24 Manifesting Abundance and Gratitude exploring practices for manifesting abundance in various aspects of life and cultivating gratitude with guided meditation

November: 11-13-24 Achieving balance and harmony strategies for creating balance and harmony within ones self and in relationships with guided meditation

December: 12-11-24 Fostering Connection and community reviewing the importance of building supportive communities and connections with guided meditation

January:  1-15-25 Reflecting and setting intentions reflecting on personal growth over the year and setting new intentions with guided meditation.

This monthly subscription is to join together discussing the many options of self-care and putting ourselves first.  We will have one zoom meeting per month with many different topics and discussions on specific self care topics.  We will begin with a guided meditation and focus on ourselves and ways to do that.  We are Enough.  What a great first step to choosing you!

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. However, if you cancel after your payment has already been processed for that month, you will not receive a refund for that month’s payment.
